At Planetary Trading Card Game, we strive to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, our return policy allows you to return items under certain conditions. Please review the information below for details on returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

• Condition: Items must be in their original, unopened packaging and in the same condition as when you received them.

• Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

• Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.

Note: Opened or used items, as well as digital products such as downloadable content, are not eligible for return or refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

• Digital products (e.g., downloadable content, digital card packs)

• Gift cards

• Sale or Clearance items

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact Us:
   Email our customer service team at Planetarytcg@gmail.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. We will respond within 1-2 business days with instructions.

2. Ship the Item(s):
   Once your return is approved, securely pack the item(s) and ship them to our designated return address using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

3. Receive Your Refund:
   Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable shipping charges.

4. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [Insert Email]. We’ll provide instructions for returning the item at no cost to you and arrange for a replacement or full refund as appropriate.

5. Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it according to this policy and place a new order for the item you’d like.

6. Refunds

• Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.

• Original Payment Method: Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

• Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
