To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

Condition: Items must be in their original, unopened packaging and in the same condition as when you received them.

Note: Opened or used items, as well as digital products such as downloadable content, are not eligible for return or refund.

3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Ship the Item(s):
Once your return is approved, securely pack the item(s) and ship them to our designated return address using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. -
Receive Your Refund:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable shipping charges.
4. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [Insert Email]. We’ll provide instructions for returning the item at no cost to you and arrange for a replacement or full refund as appropriate.
5. Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it according to this policy and place a new order for the item you’d like.
