We primarily ship all orders through FedEx to ensure timely and reliable delivery. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery method, destination, and order size.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently offer shipping to the following regions:

  • Domestic (within Canada): All provinces and territories

  • International: Selected countries; please check at checkout if your country is eligible for shipping.

3. Shipping Options

We offer the following shipping options through FedEx:

  • FedEx Ground/Home Delivery (1-5 business days): Cost-effective delivery for domestic orders.

  • FedEx Express Saver (3 business days): Expedited service for faster delivery.

  • FedEx 2Day (2 business days): Delivers within 2 business days.

  • FedEx Overnight (Next business day): Fastest delivery option for urgent orders.

International shipping options may include:

  • FedEx International Economy (3-5 business days): Reliable delivery at a lower cost.

  • FedEx International Priority (1-3 business days): Fastest international shipping option.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination, weather, and external factors.

4. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping times begin once the order has been processed and dispatched.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. The total shipping cost will be displayed during checkout, and you will have the option to select the desired shipping method. Please note that international orders may incur additional fees, including customs duties and taxes.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a FedEx tracking number. You can track your shipment via the FedEx website at https://www.fedex.com using the provided tracking number.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. However, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with FedEx. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact us immediately at planetarytcg@gmail.com with your order number and tracking details.

8. International Shipping Disclaimer

For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, and other fees may be imposed by your country’s customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost at checkout. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs or the destination country's postal service.

9. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for undeliverable orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
